This project was a 33,000-sf build-out of two-floors in LyondellBasell Tower. Key features of the project include the high-end audiovisual package, clerestory glass, combination wood slat, eurospan ceilings, 3form acrylic panels, Italian stone floor slabs, and an interior staircase.
