Established in 1946, their Washington, DC office is the firm’s oldest and largest. HITT was the general contractor on the interior build-out of their new DC office located at 601 Massachusetts Avenue NW. The 380,000-sf space features Unifor demountable partitions, conference center, full-service kitchen and café, roof terrace, childcare center, feature stair, and practice floors. This project ran concurrently with the base building construction making communication and scheduling a top priority to ensure a successful end result for both Arnold & Porter and Boston Properties.
