Overview
Arnold & Porter is an Am Law Magazine 100 firm focusing on the intersection of business, law, and public policy. Established in 1946, their Washington, DC office is the firm’s oldest and largest. HITT was the general contractor on the interior build-out of their new DC office located at 601 Massachusetts Avenue NW. The 380,000-sf space features Unifor demountable partitions, conference center, full-service kitchen and café,
roof terrace, childcare center, feature stair, and practice floors. This project ran concurrently with the base building construction making communication and scheduling a top priority to ensure a successful end result for both Arnold & Porter and Boston Properties.
