Overview
This project is a six-story, core and shell office building for Apple Federal Credit Union, a financial institution headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia. The building is adjacent to the Fairfax Corner parking structure, which was completed by HITT in May 2016. The Apple Federal Credit Union office building is the second project constructed by HITT for The Peterson Companies at Fairfax Corner.
Sitework included dry and wet utilities. Designed to LEED Certified standards, the 160,000-sf building features a brick and curtainwall façade and a stone masonry envelope. The new office building also includes an outdoor pavilion.
