Overview
HITT was selected as the general contractor for Ann Taylor LOFT’s national retail roll-out program, managing the construction of newly rebranded retail stores in multiple states nationwide, including the Garden City Center Ann Taylor LOFT in Rhode Island. HITT procured owner-furnished items and performed construction across the country.
HITT was involved throughout the entire process starting with site selections through the construction and close-out of the project. The team worked together with the construction manager, MGAC, and designer, Tricarico, on the project to streamline and better the construction process to ensure that Ann Taylor received the highest level of quality and the most efficient execution of construction.
