Overview

This project is an interior build-out for an aerospace engineering firm specializing in research and development of unmanned aircraft technology. Key features of the project include a fitness center, cafe with full-service food prep kitchen, SCIF space, machine shop, 3D printing room, collaborative spaces, and open office spaces.

 

This project features an open-to-structure environment with room “pods” and specialty finishes. Extensive design coordination was involved for high-end custom features. HITT coordinated with the base building contractor for overlapping scope.
