Alvarez+Marsal (A+M) is a leading professional services firm with more than 50 offices located all around the world. They specialize in turnaround management and performance improvement for high-profile businesses. After building Alvarez+Marsal’s Miami office, HITT was thrilled to work with A+M on its Texas office renovation.
This multi-floor encompassed renovation included a complete demolition of existing finishes throughout the space. The scope of work also included a new elevator lobby finish, lobby reception area, coffee bar, break area, and custom millwork. Complete AV and a new security system were also installed throughout the high-tech space.
Our team worked closely scheduling with general contractors working above and below Alvarez + Marsal’s office floors to ensure a copasetic building environment for everyone.
