Overview

Located on a tight urban site in the heart of Washington, DC's central business district, construction of this three-story addition to an existing eight-story Class-A office building occurred while the building remained fully occupied and operational.

The scope included the relocation of fully renovated mechanical and electrical systems as well as the lengthening of six elevator shafts by three stories.
