Overview
This new six-floor tenant renovation consists of mostly open office and collaboration space for one of HITT’s largest national clients, Capital One. Despite the fact that under a normal schedule this construction would likely have taken six months or more, the team met the four-month schedule through knowledge of the local market and subcontractor community, dedication to meeting and exceeding high-quality standards, and team work with Capital One and IA Architects.
New critical systems include MDF and IDF data rooms. The space also includes floating cloud ceilings, polished concrete floors, LED lighting, and a commercial coffee bar. This project contributed to the client’s expansion effort on the Capital One campus in McLean, Virginia.
