Overview

This phased, occupied build-out was designed to elevate IBM’s workplace experience, and attract and retain talent to the collaborative and transformative environment. The second floor “think tank” features operable partitions that opens up to a social hub, creating a flexible workspace.

The space’s polished concrete floors and Hunter Douglas heart-felt linear ceilings provide a warm, inviting setting.

All of the huddle and conferences rooms feature demountable partition front systems. The project included an extensive AV and sound masking package, incorporating new Cisco integrated technology into the workplace.
