Headquartered in the world’s energy capital—Houston, Texas—PanAtlantic Exploration is a dynamic oil and gas company with experience and expertise in safe, efficient offshore and onshore exploration along West Africa, South America, and in the Black Sea. Currently, the company holds nine concessions in five countries, operating in two both as operator and working interest participant. PanAtlantic also has one of the largest acreage positions in West Africa, holding licenses in multiple high-potential basins with approximately 6.1 million acres under license.
The PanAtlantic project in Houston, Texas was a 16-week, 50,000-sf interior fit-out project consisting of three phases of an existing shell. The phases included Floor 24 (phase I), Floor 23 (phase II), and the reception area which incorporated the monumental staircase/bridge (phase III). The first phase was completed in 11 weeks for immediate occupancy, due to leasing commitments. Phase II was completed the following week (week 12), while phase III wrapped up four short weeks later. Working on this accelerated schedule, our team delivered the project on time while also managing the Client’s expectations. The entire space consisted of open office areas, private offices, multiple conference areas, a 3D projection room for Client presentations, and a large boardroom with an adjacent area for congregating and food service. There were also several areas throughout the space provided to display the Client’s extensive art collection and their collection of geodes.
