Corporate interior construction has always been one of HITT’s core services. Over the past 82 years, HITT has grown to offer base building services in many sectors such as mission critical and healthcare, but our foundation as a tenant fit-out builder has ultimately given us a unique perspective. We bring heightened attention to the details, from logistics, scheduling, and planning to finishing touches that only an experienced tenant interiors builder can spot. In the past decade alone, we have completed more than 4,000 interior projects, ranging from service work to large-scale headquarter build-outs for Fortune 500 firms. These client relationships have helped us expand nationwide and rank number one for interior construction in Washington, DC. No matter how diversified our service offering becomes, corporate interiors is our bread and butter.
“HITT always delivers. We have worked with them for more than 20 years in both the Washington, DC region as well as around the country, as they have expanded their reach. They possess tremendous attention to detail and are great communicators. Most importantly, they make our clients happy. They are truly a brokers contractor!” -Brian McVay | Executive Vice President, Tenant Advisory Group | Cushman & Wakefield
