Our Evolution in Atlanta

A nationwide retro-fit of 300+ telecommunications locations originally brought us to Atlanta, but the connections and opportunities we’ve made along the way have kept us here.

Since 1998, the Atlanta team has worked hard to build relationships with clients and subcontractors in this competitive market. They’ve evolved from executing small service work projects to building large national headquarters for Fortune 500 companies, managing to multiply their annual volume of work from $20 million to more than $100 million.

Concurrently, HITT Atlanta multiplied their capabilities in project size as well. This year the team is poised to deliver their largest local project yet: a fit-out of the global headquarters for NCR. Designed to achieve LEED-CI Platinum certification, the multi-phased, 20-story tower is a landmark project for the team.

“This project gives us the opportunity to flex our skills on a larger scale and demonstrate the capabilities of our team,” shared Vice President Erik Kandler, who is overseeing the job. “We’re eager to do more work of this magnitude for clients here in Atlanta.”

“We continue to look at every project as an opportunity for repeat work and growth,” said Senior Vice President Roger Delaney. “The more we can impress our clients on a job—no matter the size—the more we will build long-lasting relationships. When we over-deliver and exceed expectations, our clients remember HITT as the team who didn’t settle for anything less than excellent.”
