Celebrating Subcontractor Partners from Coast to Coast

We were thrilled to bring back our annual Subcontractor Appreciation Day celebrations across the country this year. Our subcontracting partners are the backbone of our industry and integral to our success. Each HITT office hosts a local celebration to honor our trade partners’ hard work and dedication to the craft year-round.

At HITT, we prioritize building lasting relationships with our partners. Without our subcontractors, our business would not be what it is today. We take pride in the meaningful relationships and trust that we’ve built with all our subcontracting partners nationwide throughout our more than 87 years in business.

“Subcontractor Appreciation Day is all about showing our gratitude to our trade partners for their hard work and dedication to HITT. It speaks volumes about who we are as a company and what we stand for that we dedicate an entire event in each of our markets to our subcontractor partners. We truly appreciate all of their hard work and recognize the impact they’ve had on our success,” shared Subcontractor Relationships Senior Associate Jennifer Parker.

Each of our regional celebrations includes an award ceremony where subcontractors who go above and beyond are presented with two annual awards: the Myrtle L. Hitt Award of Excellence and the Safety Award. The Myrtle L. Hitt Award recognizes a subcontractor who embodies The HITT Way by providing exceptional craftsmanship, outstanding service, and the drive to do whatever it takes to get the job done. The safety award represents a subcontractor who always demonstrates safe work ethics and has a passion for safety. Twenty-six awards were given out to exemplary subcontractors nationwide:
