Last year HITT had the opportunity to serve as GC on what has proved to be a landmark building in the District of Columbia. Atlantic Plumbing, a Class A residential and retail building owned and developed by The JBG Companies, has been recognized by both WBC and NAIOP, and nabbed two more industry honors in the span of a week.
The Washington Business Journal named the project the Buzziest of 2015 during their annual Best Real Estate Deals. Earlier in the week, ULI Washington honored Atlantic Plumbing with an award for Excellence in Housing Development at their 2016 Real Estate Trends conference.
