Overview

Triloka Shanbhag has more than 13 years of construction industry experience. She joined the HITT team seven years ago specializing in project management of highly confidential and increasingly complex multimillion-dollar data center projects, progressively moving up the ranks into leadership roles within the mission critical sector. In 2024, Triloka was promoted to vice president and co-business unit leader of the firm’s mission critical technology sector. In the role, she is responsible for a client-centric division that delivers data centers, network operations centers, and other mission critical facilities nationwide for the world’s leading technology firms.

As sector leader, she is responsible for executive oversight of projects and overall performance of the project teams, leading and managing project teams to deliver exceptional results for mission critical clients nationwide. Triloka oversees subcontractor negotiations, procurement strategy, schedule, and contract execution. She manages and supports her project teams from preconstruction through closeout, providing executive oversight to serve as a champion of the client’s best interests at the project level. Specifically, she is ultimately responsible for the success of project teams and their day-to-day operations, timeliness and quality of construction, project safety, and budget. Off the jobsite, Triloka was part of HITT’s 2023 Corporate Leadership Council class and currently serves as chair of the Women of HITT Employee Resource Group, an internal organization that provides space to encourage, advocate, educate, and support women at HITT.
