Overview

Shawn joined the HITT Contracting team in 2023 as the director of business development for the firm’s Santa Clara, California office.  Prior to joining HITT, Shawn spent more than 14 years developing relationships and managing key accounts with various commercial building materials manufacturers, and through his previous positions working in various states of construction, he has intimate knowledge and a passion for the building process and commercial real estate industry in the Bay Area. In his current role, Shawn’s primary focus is expanding HITT’s business relationships throughout Northern California with clients and their service providers, such as brokers, architects, engineers, and construction management firms. He plays an integral role in serving our repeat clients with regional and national needs, continuously expanding HITT's national reach and connecting our teams with clients’ lifecycle construction needs nationwide.
