Overview

Katlyn Egan joined the HITT's human resources team in 2018 as a talent and organizational development associate and has since worked her way up to her current role as director of talent development while concurrently pursuing her Master's in Organization Development and Knowledge Management. Katlyn’s role at HITT focuses on how we set expectations across all roles and locations, measure performance, provide feedback for continued success, and design career paths with resources and training. She leverages what team members already do well, how they like to learn, and their personal goals to create training and development plans that help everyone be more successful.
