Overview
Fernando brings more than 20 years of experience in architecture, operations, sustainability, and construction to HITT. With a strong background in sustainable construction, Fernando oversees HITT's operations to ensure adherence to the highest environmental standards while optimizing efficiency and reducing HITT’s environmental impact. He leads nationwide sustainability initiatives, driving carbon neutrality, regulatory compliance, and green building strategies across HITT’s portfolio across 14 markets nationwide.
In addition to project-level leadership, Fernando plays a key role in shaping HITT’s enterprise-wide sustainability programs. He drives enterprise sustainability strategy, aligning environmental goals with business performance to accelerate decarbonization and long-term impact. Fernando is passionate about advancing sustainability in the built environment and is committed to driving meaningful change in the industry.
