At just 10 years old, Kim already knew she wanted to be a builder. A proud Virginia Tech construction management graduate, Kim grew through the ranks of HITT from project manager to CEO, where today she defines the company’s strategic vision and continued growth.

Since joining HITT in 2006, Evan has been passionate about leading safe and collaborative teams. He is known for developing trusted, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and team members, and he models an inclusive and safe approach to building as he leads the company’s national operations.

With more than 25 years of construction expertise, Drew has made a career of managing the projects and people that define the industry today. He’s known for his decisive and diplomatic approach to building as he leads the company’s operations nationwide.
