Impeccable Project Presentation Standards

Our jobsites are the storefronts for the HITT brand. Project presentation is like putting on your best suit for an interview. By keeping our projects looking their best, we show our clients – and in turn their clients – that we care more.

We treat every one of our projects like it’s our own office. HITT jobsites maintain impeccable standards for cleanliness, organization, finished work protection, and branding, which we call project presentation. These elements may seem minor, but here’s why project presentation is a critical part of the HITT experience.

First impressions are incredibly important. It’s almost certain that you experienced our work before you became a HITT client. Every HITT jobsite is an extension of our client’s brand, and we treat it as such. We want your investors, tenants, and potential customers to see your future space at its best from the very beginning.

  • We identify opportunities to co-brand the site, considering visibility of foot and vehicle traffic. We are honored to share our logo with our clients’.
  • We use lit tower cranes, custom large-scale signs and wraps, and don’t cut corners on our fencing and trailer signage.
  • HITT signage is professionally designed, produced, and installed, and of the highest quality.
  • Our uniformed site operations teams ensure a professional presence to represent HITT and the client.

Project presentation is critical to safety. Our safety standards and requirements are clearly communicated through carefully designed signage and visual displays for wayfinding, PPE, and emergency operations. Construction inherently produces debris and waste, but by maintaining stringent standards for cleanliness, we can reduce the potential for trip and fall hazards.

Protecting our client’s investment is a top priority. We take considerable time and care installing finished work protection that prevents unnecessary wear and damage to the existing property and completed work. By carefully organizing our sites and establishing systems for storing materials and equipment, our subcontractors can work more efficiently, ensuring we meet or exceed our construction schedule, and move the tenants in on time.

Our jobsites are also the storefronts for the HITT brand. Project presentation is like putting on your best suit for an interview. By keeping our projects looking their best, we show our clients – and in turn their clients – that we care more.
