The department is a critical resource to our offices nationwide. The team of 16 has made a name for themselves when it comes to budget accuracy, consistently coming within 2% of contract value. This is no small feat as the team estimates more than 75 projects per year with an average value of $40 million.
It’s not just about the numbers for this group; they are a critical intersection for our subcontractors and clients. Impacting relationships on both sides of the table, they are our first line of offense for ensuring a successful project.
