The sun is setting, we’ve unbuckled our hard hats one last time, and as we drive away we take one last look at our project in the rear-view mirror. It’s a HITT tradition in that moment to make a call to our client to express our gratitude and thanks for the trust you have given us. While the building is complete, our post-construction work has just begun.

Buildings are complex, full of advanced technology and intricate systems, so it’s likely you’ll have questions. As part of our turnover process, HITT provides a branded “close-out box” that includes the complete operations and maintenance manual that can answer most every question about the building. We’re on-call to support your facilities and maintenance teams if they need training, support, or just simply have a question about the building.

Did you know HITT provides maintenance and service work? We want to be the only GC you ever need to call, even for the smallest repairs. You can expect the same HITT quality and professionalism as we offer on large projects. Our commercial services team has completed more than 1,500 small projects in a range of projects for clients in both private and public sectors.
