While the building is complete, our post-construction work has just begun. Ongoing Support Buildings are complex, full of advanced technology and intricate systems, so it’s likely you’ll have questions. As part of our turnover process, HITT provides a branded “close-out box” that includes the complete operations and maintenance manual that can answer most every question about the building. We’re on-call to support your facilities and maintenance teams if they need training, support, or just simply have a question about the building. Your Lifecycle Builder Did you know HITT provides maintenance and service work? We want to be the only GC you ever need to call, even for the smallest repairs. You can expect the same HITT quality and professionalism as we offer on large projects. Our commercial services team has completed more than 1,500 small projects in a range of projects for clients in both private and public sectors.
