HITT's Principal Leadership Team: Co-President Drew Mucci, CEO Kim Roy, and Co-President Jeremy Bardin
HITT upholds seven core values that act as a compass for our team members and business operations. At the heart of these values is Be the Good, which means doing what is right for our team members and our stakeholders, communities, and planet. Today, doing what is right holds new meaning as our nation faces urgent challenges in guaranteeing justice, equity, and equality for all Americans.
Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) are at the forefront of our company priorities. We are steadfast in our policy of Zero Tolerance for Intolerance at HITT, which means we do not tolerate acts of discrimination, harassment, or prejudice in our workplace. But we have more work to do, both within our company and the broader building industry.
We are committed to ensuring that everyone who works with HITT experiences a sense of belonging – including our team members, clients, partners, and subcontractors – regardless of their age, race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity / expression, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, life experiences…or any of the other many characteristics that make each person unique.
At the heart of HITT’s successes are our team members. Their individual stories are the collective voice of our company. Only when every perspective can be heard and celebrated will we achieve true inclusion. During National Celebrate Diversity Month, we’ll be sharing stories from our HITT team members. We’re also excited to announce new company goals that will make HITT a better place for all of us.
We challenge each of you to join us as a champion for inclusivity, as inclusion starts with individuals. YOU have the power to ensure the people on your team and your project feel empowered, valued, and included. Let’s work together to build community.
Follow along as we celebrate HITT team members' stories all month.
