Overview

Continuing a long-standing relationship with America Online, HITT completed the new Creative Center 1 as part of the technology firm's corporate headquarters relocation to its new Dulles, Virginia campus. The project modified an existing warehouse structure to support AOL's high-tech headquarters design scheme.

The structure is tilt-up concrete construction consisting of a 90,000-s.f. floor place with 30,000 s.f. of mezzanine level office space.
