Recent projects included a massive renovation to restore the classic ambiance of this landmark hotel, involving the demolition and renovation of more than 140 guest rooms and suites, along with the replacement of mechanical systems. Guest room finishes included new carpet, wall covering, marble additions, custom mirrors, millwork and accessories, as well as repairs to existing plaster.
