The revamped space features high-end finishes throughout with a focus on providing a top-of-the-line experience for fans. In order to achieve this, the team expanded and improved the kitchen layout, completely gutting all common areas and expanding the bar service areas to better serve patrons. One key element of the project was the addition of a 3,500-sf structural steel / concrete mezzanine level. This required relocating existing utilities and installing an internal limited use limited application (LULA) elevator and dumbwaiter to service the space. As a critical team member for preconstruction services, our team came on board early to tackle budgeting, schedule coordination, pricing, and material pre-release management. The coordinated effort of all involved made this project a home run—we met the 20-week schedule and provided a fully operational space in time for prime viewing for the 2016 baseball season.
