Renovations were made to the exterior building facade, and a new office area was added to the 20,000-sf space. Additionally, the team installed structural framing and footings and a new roof. New computer room air handlers (CRAHs) were also installed, with a chilled water system tied into a neighboring building, along with a raised floor, fire suppression and life safety alarm system, new incoming city power, and power distribution units (PDUs).
