Overview
With nearly 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Scott has successfully led projects ranging in size from single-office renovations to 350,000-sf, multi-floor spaces for Fortune 500 clients. He is responsible for oversight of the Corporate Office – Interiors, Law Firms, and Hospitality teams, providing leadership and executive oversight to interior build-out projects to ensure successful delivery and exceptional results for clients. He defines and establishes goals and team expectations, always focused overall on client satisfaction. He facilitates client and project team relations, team organization, contract review, and negotiations. Scott supports his teams from preconstruction to closeout, serving as a champion of the client’s best interests.
Scott got his start in construction upon graduation, and then joined HITT in 2014 as an assistant project manager. Quickly, he advanced into a leadership role within the company, first leading the corporate interiors sector and eventually being promoted to senior vice president in 2025 leading teams responsible for delivering corporate office interior work, law firms, and hospitality projects nationwide. He is also a member of HITT's Corporate Steering Committee. Scott’s award-winning portfolio includes leading national clients such as Appian, Freddie Mac, CNN, and General Dynamics.
