Overview

This headquarters project featured heavy renovations, including a rooftop amenity space, a unique exterior plaza, and elements of the building's entryway. The plaza features stone and concrete seating, brick pavers, and decorative metals formed in an oval configuration mimicking the planets' orbit around the sun. The rooftop amenity space features an IPE paver system and customized landscaping.

Sustainability was a top priority for AGU when designing and building this iconic space. Most notably, our team installed rooftop solar panel arrays, contributing to the net zero building. AGU used 700 photovoltaic panels to power primarily low-voltage devices throughout the office, such as LED lighting. The energy derived from the panels is capable of eclipsing 100 percent of the building's total energy needs.

Our team worked diligently to adjust the original drawings alongside the architects to ensure precision and alignment between the drawings and space. This process required intense coordination and documentation to ensure the end result was exactly as intended.
