The space features leather and black limba fig wood veneer wall panels throughout with Venetian terrazzo in the client’s forward-facing areas. The office front system and furniture are from Italy by IOC. The scope of work included a large cafe for communal gatherings. The majority of the walls and design elements are curved to mirror the theme of the Watergate. The space captures elements of earth, wind, fire, and water. A Medusa art installation overlooks the reception area staircase.
