Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati

Palo Alto, CA
Overview

An occupied, phased renovation, Wilson Sonsini's 184,000-sf project included renovations and upgrades to the reception area, conference rooms, café, copy and distribution centers, library, locker rooms, and multiple internal offices.

Within a typical phase, work ran the gamut from new paint and carpet to updated telecommunication wiring. Several high-end finishes were added throughout, including new solid-surface tops and select millwork replacement in the pantry and internal offices, plus new glass openings in selected offices to create more natural light in the space.

In order to minimize disruptions, reception area work occurred in an expedited two-week time frame and work on the conference rooms was sequenced based on the firm’s conferencing needs at any given time.

Sub-phases were completed in a condensed schedule—over a weekend—and included paint and carpet work on connecting bridges within the building.
