Jeremy Bardin

Jeremy Bardin, EVP HITT Contracting

When Executive Vice President Jeremy Bardin started at HITT in 2003 as a Senior Project Manager, our Base Building sector was in its infancy.  Jeremy’s prior experience managing large commercial construction projects brought a skillset of risk management, technical building, and project management processes that helped advance the sector while also boosting our footprint in the Washington, DC marketplace.

From his early days as a US Navy Seabee, Jeremy has approached his work with a “Can-Do” attitude—a mindset that has accelerated his own success and helped him to position our company as a provider in full-service commercial building nationwide.

Jeremy’s resume includes noteworthy projects such as the Glenstone Museum, the South of Market Development at Reston Town Center, West Half, One Hill South, NASA Supercomputer Center, NIH 50, Atlantic Plumbing Parcels A & B, and Washington Gas Springfield Operations Center. Along the way, he’s built more than just a few notable additions to the skyline—Jeremy has hired and developed many of our rising leaders, mentoring them as they come up in the company.

“Anyone is willing to put in the work if they understand the reward,” explained Jeremy. “It’s my responsibility as a leader to do exactly that. To communicate the direction the company is going, the mission behind our work, and the outcomes we're striving for.”

Beyond the impact he’s had on talent development, Jeremy considers his greatest obligation to be selecting the right projects to responsibly support the company’s evolution. As HITT expands across the country, his guidance and expertise have helped us to establish a people-first approach for strategic and sustainable growth.

“We’ve built this company into something both significant and impressive,” said Jeremy. “We did it the right way—by developing lasting relationships with Clients and fostering a high energy and rewarding workplace—and that’s what I’m most proud of.”
