Falls Church, VA 22042

Jeet brings more than 15 years of construction management experience, focusing on preconstruction services since 2009. His lengthy resume includes project management for large, complex base building projects including museums, hospitals, and multi-family towers. Through his experience on-site, Jeet brings an operations mindset to our preconstruction and virtual construction processes.

As vice president of preconstruction, Jeet is responsible for the delivery of more than $3 billion worth of preconstruction services annually. As a department head, his responsibilities include team development, management of hard bids, development of conceptual budgets, feasibility studies, cost control, constructability, subcontractor procurement, and comparative analyses. Under Jeet's guidance, the department manages our 10,000-item historical cost database. Since 2013, Jeet has overseen preconstruction efforts on all major projects at HITT; he provides guidance to sector leaders on large project pursuits, helping to develop relationships with both new and existing Clients and subcontractors. Jeet is a trusted resource for major Clients during the project feasibility stage and preconstruction. He also provides executive oversight of the company's virtual construction program.

Jeet serves on HITT's corporate leadership council, which is an in-house think tank responsible for the management and direction of select long-term corporate initiatives.
